Exclusion of liability
Online content
The Author assumes no liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the Author, which refer to damages of material or immaterial nature caused by use or disuse of the presented information or through, or from the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are excluded insofar that there is no evidence of willful or gross negligence on the part of the Author. All offers are subject to change and are non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without separate announcement or to cease publication temporarily or permanently.
References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external Internet pages (“links”) that lie outside the area of responsibility of the author, a liability obligation would only come into force in the case in which the author has knowledge of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for him to prevent the use in the event of illegal content. The author hereby explicitly states that, at the time of creating the link, there was no evidence of illegal content on the respective web sites. The Author has no influence on the current and future design, content, or authorship on the linked sites. The Author therefore expressly distances themselves from all content on the linked sites which has been changed after the creation of the link. This statement applies to all links and re-directions on the Author’s website, as well as to third-party entries in guest books, discussion forums, and mailing lists set up by the Author. For illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and in particular for damages resulting from the use or non-use of such presented information, only the provider of the page to which reference was made is liable, not the one who merely refers to the respective publication via links.
Copyright and Trademark
Law The author endeavors to observe the copyrights of the graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts used in all publications, to use graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts created by himself or to use license-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts. All brand names and trademarks mentioned within the Internet offer and possibly protected by third parties are subject without restriction to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. It should not be assumed that a brand name is not protected by third-party rights just because it is mentioned on the website! The copyright for objects published, created by the author himself, remains solely with the author of those pages. Any duplication or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of the author.

If there is the possibility to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses) within the Internet offer, the disclosure of this data by the user takes place on an expressly voluntary basis. The use and payment of all offered services is also permitted, insofar as this is technically possible and reasonable, without the provision of such data, or through the entry of anonymous data or the use of an alias.
Privacy policy for the use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before this happens.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. Presence in social networks (social media)
I maintain online presences within social networks and process user data in this context in order to communicate with the users active there or to offer information about us.
I would like to point out that user data may be processed outside the European Union. This may result in risks for users because, for example, it could make it more difficult to enforce user rights.
Furthermore, user data within social networks is generally processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, user profiles can be created based on user behavior and the resulting interests of users. The latter may in turn be used, for example, to place advertisements within and outside the networks that presumably correspond to the interests of the users. Cookies are therefore generally stored on the user’s computer, in which the user’s usage behavior and interests are stored. In addition, data can also be stored in the user profiles independently of the devices used by the users (especially if they are members of the respective platforms and are logged in there).
For a detailed description of the respective forms of processing and the opt-out options, please refer to the data protection declarations and information provided by the operators of the respective networks.
In the case of requests for information and the assertion of data subject rights, we would also like to point out that these can be asserted most effectively with the providers.
